Who is affected: 
Anyone attempting to create or respond to a ticket via email or the ITS Support Request Form web page. Also anyone attempting to log in to the ticketing system itself.
Affected in what way: 
The ticketing system will be offline intermittently during the maintenance period, so emails or web form submissions may not update or create a ticket as intended. If attempting to log in, the ticketing system may not be available on the network.
Workaround: 
None.
What happened: 
Maintenance to perform software upgrades to the system.
