Upgrade of Mac OS High Sierra having issues on some computers

Who is affected: 
Some people trying to update to High Sierra on their HSU Macintosh computer are experiencing issues with the update.
Affected in what way: 
Some updates on hanging on "Processing Update" but never updating.
We are rebooting the JSS server to see if that fixes that issue and will update this systat after we test.
What happened: 
Apple released the MacOS High Sierra operating system update to plug the recently uncovered Meltdown and Spectre vulnerabilities and ITS has made this update available to all campus Mac users via the Self Service app and has strongly recommended users download and install this update as soon as possible. While most people have been able to update without issue we are seeing others having problems. UPDATE #1: We have determined that the problem occurs with computers not yet at Sierra (10.12). We have changed the download package and tested. Should be working OK now.
