What happened: 
We are upgrading/migrating CAS to use our F5 systems. This is a DNS cutover with no expected service interruption. (UPDATE) We have discovered issues with the Portal and have reverted. CAS is having issues. We are investigating. (UPDATE 2) we have fully reverted and tested. Please let sys admins know if any unusual behavior is observed.
