Who is affected: 
People attempting to connect to vLab from off-campus. Update: vLab connections from off-campus should now be working.
Affected in what way: 
May be unable to connect to vLab. The connection window may indicate "Configuring remote session" for several minutes before finally displaying the message "Your computer can't connect to the Remote Desktop Gateway".
Workaround: 
Retry the connection again. This often allows for a successful vLab connection.
What happened: 
There is an issue with the server that supports off-campus connections to vLab.
