Single Sign On integrations can be complex.  Please coordinate a meeting between the Service Provider, a Sys Admin and yourself to go over the details.  Spending time up front will help ensure a successful implementation without delay. Just sending us links to the vendor's SSO documentation will only delay the process and does not provide the context or necessary information.
