We believe the login issue in some of our computer labs is no longer happening, we will continue to monitor it. Please get in touch with the Technology Help Desk if you are experiencing any login issues. 707-826-4357.

We are receiving reports that during login folks are seeing the "Preparing Windows" screen for a longer than expected period of time in our computer labs or print kiosk stations. We are investigating the issue.
If you do experience this issue, you can power down the computer, wait about 1 minute, and try to log in again. This workaround appears to work for most folks.
