Server Maintenance Schedules

ITS reserves specific time windows for the maintenance of individual servers in the central computing system. The table below shows the normal maintenance window for each system.

Note: Not all systems will be unavailable for the entire maintenance window; more exact estimates are posted to the System Status report.

If you anticipate any problems with these routine maintenance windows, please contact with your questions. Adjustments can sometimes be made to the maintenance times to accommodate scheduling conflicts.

Shibboleth Single Sign-OnWeekly on Tuesday and Thursday 5:00 a.m. to 5:15 a.m.
SkillportSunday 10 a.m. - 1 p.m (PST) and Tuesday 10 p.m. - 11 p.m. (PST)

 *These systems may also be unavailable during the Chancellor's Office's regular maintenance windows - between 9:00 p.m. Saturday evenings and 6:00 a.m. Sunday mornings.

Exceptions for 2019

  • January maintenance takes place on the 13th

  • June maintenance takes place on the 23rd

  • August maintenance takes place on the 25th

  • December maintenance is not scheduled
