   We believe we have resolved the login problem with Adobe Sign, if you have login issues please contact the Help Desk.

   We continue to work with Adobe to fix this issue, Currently, we can fix the problem on a case by case basis. If you try to use Adobe Sign and get the error "Your account has been deactivated. Please contact your support staff." Please submit a Tech Help Desk ticket by emailing: help@humboldt.edu or visit: https://hsu-forms.humboldt.edu/techhelp

   We have received reports that student logins for Adobe Sign are not working. Students trying to login to Adobe Sign are getting the error "Your account has been deactivated. Please contact your support staff." We are investigating the cause of the problem and have reached out to Adobe.
