Our case has been escalated with Ally support. For any documents not showing an Ally score, we can check them for accessibility (and remediate) by contacting arc@humboldt.edu

Issues were caused by a Canvas update. We have submitted a support ticket to Blackboard Ally as the recommended hotfix was unsuccessful.

Blackboard Ally is not always showing the Ally accessibility score for files in Canvas. This seems to be primarily affecting courses that have been copied from previous semesters, with older content showing the accessibility score, and new uploaded files not showing the accessibility score. New courses do not seem to be affected. We are investigating the cause of this issue and have reached out to Blackboard Ally support. If you have any questions regarding the accessibility of your course content and/or need course content remediated for accessibility, please contact arc@humboldt.edu.
