The campus Internet Service Provider have resolved the issues on their network that was causing the slow response times on the campus network. The campus network is now performing normally.

The campus network is experiencing very slow response times due to issues at our Internet Service Provider CENIC. CENIC engineers report problems with their backbone systems and are actively working to resolve the problems but there is currently no ETA.
