Switch reboot still in progress. Updated expected resolution time to 1pm.

Reports of some networking issues in Gist Hall. Have determined the issue is likely caused by high CPU usage on the main network equipment in Gist Hall. Will be rebooting the equipment just after noon today and expect a network outage in Gist Hall of less than 10 minutes during the reboot. No other campus Internet or network connectivity will be affected.
