Software updates have been applied to the MiCollab and inbound/outbound call trunk servers successfully.

The Voice Systems Administrators will be working with our support vendor to upgrade the software on servers that support our MiCollab softphones and inbound/outbound call trunks. During the maintenance window there may be brief softphone and call outages while servers are rebooted. If you experience call issues please wait 10 minutes and try again.
