There are two ways to host teleconference calls from campus:

  • All campus digital desk phones can host conferences of up to eight parties.
  • The campus Zoom web conferencing service also supports audio-only conference calls. Zoom can host up to 200 participants and is available to any member of the campus community via computer or mobile device. Log into the service with your Humboldt User Name and Password and just follow the instructions to host or join a call. 

If you would like to use a dedicated conference phone system and don’t have one, you can check one out from the Technology Equipment Checkout office.
