Update to version 11.1 successful. Maintenance complete.

The ITS Ticketing System will be updated to version 11.0, and then to version 11.1 during this maintenance window. During this time the system will experience intermittent outages as the updates are applied and the system is restarted multiple times. It is suggested to avoid trying to use the Ticketing System until maintenance is completed.
