Upgrading the ITS Ticketing system to the latest version has been completed successfully.

The ITS Ticketing System will be updated the current software version. Help.humboldt.edu will experience multiple outages during this maintenance window so it is advised not to use the ticketing system during this time. An update will be provided when the work is completed.
