   Jamf Support is still investigating the Self Service app issues with Jamf Cloud. Next update will be tomorrow 2/24/2021 at 12 PM.

   We are working with Jamf Support on the Self Service Macintosh app issue with Jamf Cloud. The categories are still missing from Self Service on some computers, but Self Service policies/installations still work on those affected. Next update will be tomorrow 2/23.2021 at 12PM.

   After the Jamf upgrade maintenance period ended, we started our initial testing and found an issue with the upgraded Self Service application. On some systems the categories are missing from Self Service. However, the Self Service application shows what is available to the Mac, and things install without issue. We have filed an incident ticket with Jamf Support and we are waiting to hear back from them.

   Jamf sent an e-mail stating that they are still working on completing the Jamf Upgrades. Estimated resolution time is 2PM.

   Self Service for Mac and iOS devices will be unavailable from Friday February 19, 2021 at 9PM through Saturday February 20, 2020 at 12PM while the Jamf Cloud is upgraded to Jamf Pro 10.27 by Jamf.
