Jamf Pro Cloud issues have been resolved as of 12:50PM by Jamf Support.

We are continuing to have problems behind the scenes with Jamf Pro. Jamf has not posted an update on the issue or provided an estimate of time of resolution. Self Service for Mac and iOS/iPadOS continue to work. Next update on Tuesday at 12PM.

We are still having problems behind the scenes with Jamf Pro. Jamf has acknowledged the problem and is working on a resolution. Self Service for Mac and iOS/iPadOS still appear to be working OK. Next update at 5PM.

Jamf Pro Cloud was successfully upgraded to 10.33 by Jamf Support. However, we are having some problems with the behind the scenes functions of Jamf. Self Service for Mac and iOS/iPadOS appear to be working. A high priority ticket has been filed with Jamf Support. Next update at 12PM.

Self Service for Mac and iOS devices will be unavailable from Friday October 29, 2021 at 9PM through Saturday October 30, 2021 at 12PM. During this time Jamf Support will be upgrading our Jamf Cloud environment to version 10.33.
