Jamf Pro Cloud was successfully upgraded to 10.34.2 by Jamf Support to correct a security vulnerability. It has been tested and Self Service is available for Mac and iOS/iPadOS
devices.

We have heard back from Jamf Support. Typical upgrade time can be 7-8 hours. Next status update will be at 8 PM.

Jamf has issued a critical update to Jamf Pro to correct a vulnerability that surfaced earlier this week. As of this moment, Self Service for iOS/iPadOS and Macintosh is unavailable as Jamf Cloud Support is patching the server. We are reaching out to Jamf Support for an ETA of when we will be back up. Next update will be at 3 PM. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
