Jamf Pro Cloud was successfully upgraded to 11.9.2 by Jamf Support over the weekend. It has been tested and Self Service has been available for Mac and iOS/iPadOS devices since the update finished on September 28th.

Self Service for Mac and iPadOS/iOS devices will be unavailable from Friday September 27, 2024 at 9PM through Saturday September 28, 2024 at 10AM.
During this time Jamf Support will be upgrading our Jamf Cloud environment to version 11.9.2.
