Our Jamf Pro Cloud instance has been restored by the Jamf Cloud team and is now working. Self Service is now available.

We are waiting for the Jamf Cloud Team to implement the fixes and have bumped the estimated resolution time to 10 AM on Friday, November 15, 2024.

We are currently working with Jamf Support to resolve the communications issues that started yesterday with our Jamf Pro Cloud instance. Next update at 12 PM.

Our Jamf Pro Cloud instance is currently unavailable as we are having communication issues. This is currently affecting all Macs and Apple Devices (iOS/iPadOS) and Self Service is unavailable. We have reached out to Jamf Support for assistance on this issue. There is currently no estimated resolution time.
