     Jamf Pro is back to normal operation after the Jamf Cloud support team fixed issues with the database.  Self Service has been tested, and is working.

     Jamf Self Service will be unavailable on Mac and iOS/iPadOS devices from 3:00 AM to 8:00 AM on May 27, 2025.  During this time, the Jamf Cloud support team will be fixing a database issue that’s preventing App Store apps from updating on Mac computers.
