Jamf Pro Cloud was successfully upgraded to 11.19.1 by Jamf Support over the weekend. It has been tested and Self Service has been available for Mac and iOS/iPadOS devices since the update finished on August 16, 2025.

Self Service for Mac and iPadOS/iOS devices will be unavailable from Friday August 15, 2025 at 9PM through Saturday August 16, 2025 at 10AM. During this time Jamf Support will be upgrading our Jamf Cloud environment to version 11.19.1.
