Jamf Pro Cloud was successfully upgraded to 11.25.2 by Jamf Support over the weekend. It has been tested and Self Service has been available for
Mac and iOS/iPadOS devices since the update finished on March 8, 2026.

Self Service for Mac and iPadOS/iOS devices will be unavailable from Friday March 6, 2026 at 9PM through Saturday March 7, 2026 at 1AM. During this time Jamf Support will be upgrading our Jamf Cloud environment to version 11.25.1.
