Jamf Pro Cloud was successfully upgraded to 11.28.1 by Jamf Support over the weekend. It has been tested and Self Service has been available for Mac and iOS/iPadOS devices since the update finished on May 30, 2026.

Self Service for Mac and iPadOS/iOS devices will be unavailable from Friday May 29, 2026 at 9PM through Saturday May 30, 2026 at 1AM. During this time Jamf Support will be upgrading our Jamf Cloud environment to version 11.28.1.
