The scheduled maintenance for APEX has been completed. The upgrade did take longer than expected. DARS was also unavailable during the upgrade which was unforseen, but it is functioning as expected now.

APEX will be brought down for an upgrade during the scheduled maintenance window this Sunday. Services are expected to be restored by 11am.
