Self Service is available for Mac and iOS devices. Jamf had to delay the upgrade to Jamf Pro 10.22 due to issues that they encountered in other parts of the world and will reschedule an update to a later date.

Self Service for Mac and iOS devices will be unavailable from Friday June 19, 2020 at 9PM through Saturday June 20, 2020 at 10am while the Jamf Cloud is upgraded to Jamf Pro 10.22.
