We have implemented a fix to the system that should eliminate the "error" emails some folks are receiving from KBOX.

Some folks responding to Help tickets via email are getting messages returned with the following error: "User is not allowed to update the ticket."
We are working with the Ticketing system vendor to resolve the issue.
