We are now able to upload 3rd party updates to Jamf Cloud successfully. The Self Service is now working correctly on Macintosh computers.

Self Service policies appear to be working with existing packages. We will be working with Jamf Support tomorrow morning to tie up some loose ends with getting package updates working. Estimated resolution time is now 5 PM on December 2nd.

We are still working with Jamf Support on our Jamf Cloud issue. Estimated resolution time is now 5 PM on December 1st.

Jamf Support is still working on resolving the issue we are experiencing. The maintenance performed this weekend did not resolve the issue.

Jamf Support is still troubleshooting our Jamf Cloud instance. Jamf will be doing some maintenance this weekend on the Cloud and more testing will be done after the maintenance is complete.

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with Jamf Cloud. This may affect the ability to install or update software through the Self Service app on the Macintosh. We are updating our support ticket with Jamf and asking for escalation on this issue.
