The CNAMEs for the primary and backup ArcGIS license servers have been swapped and we confirmed clients are now able checkout licenses right away.

The primary ArcGIS Pro license server is having problems resulting in exceedingly long license checkout times.
The vast majority of license-served clients are configured to point to a backup license server that has been confirmed to check out licenses much faster; even with more clients connected to it than the primary license server.
The primary ESRI license server will be shutdown for the time being so clients will fail over to the backup license server.
If you encounter a client that is not configured to point to the backup license server, please file a Help Desk ticket with the client's hostname.
