Migration of the ITS Ticketing System to a new Virtual Machine has been completed successfully.

The ITS Ticketing System will be migrated to a new Virtual Machine with additional resources. Help.humboldt.edu will experience multiple outages during this maintenance window so it is advised not to use the ticketing system during this time. An update will be provided when the work is completed.
