CFS is now working again.

The CO is continuing to work on the issue.
We do not have an estimated time for resolution from them at this point.
We'll update this Systat again at 5PM.

There is currently a system-wide CFS outage.
The Chancellor's Office is working on the issue and we'll update this Systat as soon as we have more information.
