   We have been working with Jamf to troubleshoot the intermittent issue with Self Service. We are currently testing a few suggestions for resolving the issue and will report back the results to Jamf Support. The next update will be at 3 PM.

   We are currently assembling the requested additional information for Jamf Support to help resolve the Self Service issue we are experiencing. Self Service is still intermittently working on Macintosh. Sometimes quitting Self Service and then relaunching it will help in finding missing Self Service items. The next update will be at 10 AM.

   There has been no update yet from Jamf Support in regards to our Self Service issues. The next update will be at 8 AM on 11/20/2025

   We are still waiting to hear back from Jamf Support regarding our Mac Self Service issues. The next update will be at 9 PM.

   We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with Jamf Self Service for the Macintosh. Some items may not populate as expected and are unavailable. We have uploaded our server logs to Jamf Support and we are waiting for them to analyze them and give us the next steps at solving this issue. The next update will be at 7 PM.
