Further issues have been encountered so the upgrades are not complete. Our support vendor missed uploading one of the required update files to our phone servers, so it is currently being uploaded. It is a large file and will take a few more hours to complete, but currently the campus phone systems are operating normally. We will be resuming the upgrade process this evening from 8pm to 11pm, so as before there will be phone system outages during this evenings new maintenance window. We appreciate your patience as we complete this work.

Upgrade processes have been proceeding slower than anticipated so we are extending this maintenance window by one hour to 1pm.

Telecom and Network Services will be upgrading the software that operates the campus phone systems. Multiple phone system outages are expected during the maintenance window.
