The issue has been resolved and all mailboxes should be accepting messages again.

An issue with the campus Voicemail system has caused all mailboxes to go into Out of Office mode which means that callers do not get an opportunity to leave a voicemail message. TNS has engaged our support vendor to troubleshoot the issue and identify a solution.
In the meantime, if you have a campus phone extension with voicemail you can log into your mailbox as you normally would to check messages and you will be prompted to Press 4 to disable Out of Office messaging. This will return your voicemail to normal operation and callers will then be able to leave messages.
