   An issue with the campus Voicemail system has caused all mailboxes to go into Out of Office mode which means that callers do not get an opportunity to leave a voicemail message. TNS has engaged our support vendor to troubleshoot the issue and identify a solution. In the meantime, if you have a campus phone extension with voicemail you can log into your mailbox as you normally would to check messages and you will be prompted to Press 4 to disable Out of Office messaging. This will return your voicemail to normal operation and callers will then be able to leave messages.
