Voicemail Setup
Here’s a quick introduction to setting up your voicemail. It’s important to complete the sequence in one session – if you exit before recording your name and greeting, you’ll have to start over using your newly changed security code. So make sure you decide on your security code and greeting (it helps to write it down) before you begin.
Step 1 | Dial 6999 from your office phone |
Step 2 | Follow the system prompts to navigate to your voicemail box |
Step 3 | Enter 0000 (temporary security code) |
Step 4 | Follow the instructions to set up your mailbox |
Step 5 | Hang up to complete the configuration |
