Access to Enterprise Systems
When you join the Humboldt community as a student or staff member, you’re automatically provided with a basic level of access to the appropriate campus systems. Some people will need additional permissions to perform certain functions, and requesting access to those permissions (also known as “roles”) can be done by submitting an Access Request form.

Access for creating websites
Personal or Faculty Websites
All Humboldt students, faculty, and staff can use Google Sites to create their own individual websites. This service is available to you for the entire time you are associated with the University, and can include either a personal website or a faculty website. Click here to get started.
Official Humboldt Websites
If you’re looking to create an official website at Humboldt, such as a website associated with student or academic affairs, start here. This will be done with OpenHSU and will be directly associated with the university.

Want to create a temporary account for contractors, consultants, or volunteers? Submit an Account Request form.
Looking to get your guest wifi access? Do so through their eduroam account if they have one, or register them on the HumboldtConnect guest wireless network.
Are you trying to get a working group access to campus computer labs? The department sponsoring the workers should create a New User Guest Account by going to Account Settings > Requests > Request Access, and clicking on “Create New Guest Account”.
