Project Outcomes:
Update the existing CCTV and Emergency Campus announcement infrastructure in order to replace obsolete technology with a technology that uses a consistent and supported interface. In addition, camera and CCTV hardware will be procured and updated once the deprecated hardware has been assessed. A new Emergency Alert System will be installed for emergency campus-wide communications.

Project Outcome:
A singular platform holding all reporting data and business logic for the university. This platform should use appropriate, industry standard tools and design principles, ideally already adopted by other CSUs or the Chancellor's Office. The ideal platform would both meet the existing analytical and reporting needs of the campus and provide a robust, scalable platform for anticipating future needs in the areas of advanced analytics and machine learning.

It is the implementation of a strategic, standardized process that allows for the elimination of manual touchpoints and steps resulting in efficiencies through automation, risk mitigation and cost savings for the California State University.

Project Outcomes:
Cal Ply Humboldt has an efficient, standardized, sustainable, easy-to-use process and system for the centrally-managed budgeting, purchasing, and deployment of new computer systems for staff, faculty, labs, and classrooms. Departments will no longer have to struggle to find funding for critical new computers, and huge amounts of staff time will be saved in multiple departments. Finally, students, faculty, and staff will have reliable, highly-functional computers to use for their academic and administrative work.
