The PMO will review your submission(s) for completeness and confirm it meets the minimum criteria (>2 ITS staff, >40 hours of ITS work). You’ll receive a status update within one week after the submission window closes.

Your VP will decide if the project moves to ITS analysis and sizing. The PMO, with the submitter, will clarify the problem and estimate required ITS and functional staff effort. ITS and PMO will then assess the project’s scope and resources.

Project requests go to the ITS Project Steering Committee for impact and effort scoring. ITS will then evaluate capacity, estimate project duration, and set potential start dates based on the next 12 months’ workload.

The Steering Committee and CIO will recommend projects to the President’s Executive Cabinet. Before announcing selected projects, VPs will confirm functional capacity to meet assigned timelines.
